A 2023 survey unveiled that Mercado Libre boasts the highest proportion of consumers enrolled in a loyalty program, with 46 percent of respondents attesting to its benefits. This distinction elevates the Argentine-born online marketplace as the epitome of e-commerce retailers with the most devoted clientele, surpassing even other leading marketplaces in the region. Supermarkets trailed in second place, with 39 percent of consumers participating in a loyalty scheme.
