Asia: delivery food app usage by country and frequency 2023

According to a survey from Rakuten Insight conducted in Asia in April 2023, 11 percent of consumers in India ordered food several times per day from food delivery apps. In contrast, one percent of the surveyed customers in Japan ordered food once or twice a week, showing a relatively seldom use of food delivery apps in the country as of April 2023.
