Retail real estate repeat sales index in the U.S. 2000-2024, by region
The CoStar Commercial Repeat-Sales Index (CCRSI) for retail real estate in the United States was the highest in the Northeast region. Nevertheless, at 348 index points, that was the second-highest value on record. The index measures the development of sales prices of retail properties with 2000 chosen as a base year. A value of 200 means that sales prices have doubled since 2000.
