UK: share of air passengers satisfied with value for money 2023

In 2023, 67 percent of UK air passengers reported that they were very or fairly satisfied with the value for money of flying, down from 68 percent satisfaction level registered in the previous year. From March 2016 to October 2021, the percent of satisfaction with value for money on the passengers' last trip ranged above 70 percent.
