Amidst the COVID-19 pandemic lockdown, the conversion rate on food delivery platforms averaged 19 percent, experiencing a mere two-percentage-point dropping only two percentage points in 2022 and 2023 with the health emergency over. That year, the pet and transportation segments ranked second, boasting a conversion rate of nine and eight percent, respectively.
