This statistic presents the results of a survey of British adults, which asked them if they thought that a girl who ran away to join ISIS should be allowed to return to the United Kingdom in 2019, by age group. In every age group surveyed, a majority of respondents said that the girl in question should not be allowed to return. The size of this majority increased based on the respondents age, with 59 percent of 18-24 year old's believing she should not be allowed to return, compared with 82 percent of over 65s.
