Italy: least important selected foods when doing grocery in the future in 2016
This timeline illustrates the opinion of individuals on the lesser importance of certain food items when doing grocery shopping in the following five years in Italy as of 2016. Over the survey period, it emerged that 35 percent of the respondents believed that meat and meat related foods will lose greater importance when doing grocery in the next five years. However, it is worth to be noticed that despite this trend in the first semester of 2016 the sales value of ready-sliced meat has increased of over 13 percentage points.
