Omnichannel retail survey: online order tracking availability in the UK 2017-2018
This statistic presents the share of customers able to track orders of online retail purchases in the United Kingdom (UK) according to the results of an annual survey conducted in 2017 and 2018. Of purchases made during this time, 42 percent of consumers reported that they were able to track the delivery of their purchases goods through apps. This share was revealed to be at 37.1 percent in the previous year.
