Share of CMOs' customers ranking CX as a priority for the next year in the U.S. 2023
During an early 2023 survey in the United States, approximately 12.4 percent of responding chief marketing officers (CMOs) said their customers ranked customer experience (CX) as a first priority for the following 12 months. Little more than 15 and 18 percent of respondents reported clients rated CX as a second and third priority, respectively.
