Top reasons why marketers use chatbots in demand generation programs in the U.S. 2022
A survey in October 2022 in the United States found out that 57 percent of B2B marketers used chatbots in their demand generation programs to understand their audience better. Another 55 percent said that they did so in order to generate new leads. An additional 43 percent of American marketers stated that chatbots helped them educate prospects.
