Starting price of residential units in New Administrative Capital in Egypt 2022
As of 2022, residential units in the New Administrative Capital in Egypt had the highest starting price in the investors area residential neighborhood. In that year, the average starting price of residential units in the district amounted to close to 1,070 U.S. dollars per square meter. Furthermore, in the R7 district, the square meter's starting cost was just over 900 U.S. dollars, while the starting price was lower in the R8 district at around 750 U.S. dollars per square meter.
