average temperature of the blue planet has already increased by about 1.2 degrees compared to the figure recorded in the 1960s. One of the latest United Nations releases further states that if humanity continues to live at its current rate, the Earth's temperature will rise by three to five degrees by 2100, causing major climate disruptions in many parts of the world. Yet, awareness of this danger seems to be quite high among Canadian adults, most of whom see climate change as a serious threat to planet Earth. The least convinced of this fact are Conservative Party voters, of whom only 41 percent consider this threat as a serious one when asked about it in April 2021.
