Online vs. offline share for home equipment pre- and post confinement in France 2020
In France in 2020 and before the COVID-19 crisis, online sales of home equipment represented 28 percent of turnover recorded by the source. The confinement has certainly changed the proportions but, the weight of the Internet channel remains an important vector for the survival of industries and big as well as small businesses. At the end of June, e-commerce generated 31 percent of the turnover for home equipment since the stores reopened.
