U.S. adults accepting political ads aired during the Super Bowl in 2020
In an early 2020 survey evaluating the perception of political advertising aired during the Super Bowl, it was found 65 percent of respondents did not think the sporting event was a suitable environment for political commercials. Interestingly, some nine percent of responding U.S adults have changed their mind about that, but the majority still remained convinced Super Bowl is not a place for political ads.
