Annual change in confidence in e-commerce stores in Poland 2019
Online shops ebuwie.pl, and asnwear.com in Poland have diversified their sales by creating outlets operating outside the online sphere (omnichannel). Due to the offline presence, customer confidence for these stores amounted to 10.3 percent for answear.com and over eight percent for eobuwie.pl. In 2019, e-stores operating only online, such as Zalando or Allegro, achieved much worse results compared to the previous year.
