Gaming ad spend distribution on selected TV shows in the U.S. in 2019
When spending money on television advertising, gaming companies have to consider their target audience and how to maximise the impressions of their ads. The gaming industry spent the most advertising budget on sports programming, with NFL Football leading the way. An estimated 61.2 million U.S. dollars was spent on gaming adverts during NFL programming in 2019, equating to a share of around 19.1 percent of all expenditure of gaming TV advertisements.
