A survey conducted in December 2018 and January 2019 revealed that 78 percent of respondents in Colombia strongly or somewhat agreed that achieving equality is important to them personally. The share of respondents who agreed was higher among women, as 80 percent of them answered affirmatively, whereas only 75 percent of the men interviewed said the same.
