It is forecasted that the Netherlands will lose roughly 0.20 percent of the jobs in case of a soft Brexit and 0.85 percent in case of a hard Brexit, whereas in Belgium 0.20 percent of the jobs is forecasted to be lost in case of a soft Brexit and 0.90 percent in case of a hard Brexit.
