As of April 2022, the National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA) was the most trusted government agency among Republicans in the United States, with 15 percent of survey respondents finding it to be very trustworthy, followed by Customs and Border Protection (CBP). 39 percent of Republicans felt that the Center for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) was very untrustworthy, and at least 30 percent of respondents felt that the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), and the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) were also very untrustworthy.
