Expert's view on improving office quality versus increasing the space occupied 2022
According to survey conducted in July 2022, the majority of commercial real estate executives prioritized quality when it comes to renting office space. About 40 percent of the respondents said that quality office space is a greater priority than increasing the space occupied, while the share of those that disagreed was eight percent.
